This stuff is the bomb. I’ve never had real chorizo before, and never wanted to, because it contains weird crap like blood, and who wants to eat that? Soyrizo is a vegan/veggie dream. It comes in a tube and you kind of squeeze it out – a little sloppy, but well worth the results. I pan-fried my Soyrizo in a little olive oil and added a small can of dark red kidney beans and a little onion. That’s all – just sautee it over medium heat until it gets kind of crispy and corned beef hash-ish (hashish? giggle). Awesome. It’s filling without the need for rice or noodles. Would be great in tacos or burritos. You don’t really get much to the package, so extending it with beans or veg is a good idea.
