More chickpea salad!

I can’t stop making this stuff! Here’s another view from this weekend of my Coronation Chickpea salad. I sprinkled a bit of paprika on it for color.

Curry fantasy

Nothing like a cool Florida winter lunch than a steaming hot Thai panang curry. This beauty was had at Chiang Mai Thailand Resturant, on Central Avenue (post spring roll and tofu soup).
